Elliot Carter – Custom Sports Keepsakes creates custom, made-to-order keepsakes using the photos, videos, names, colors, and other personalization details you provide. Please review all information carefully when placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products
Because each piece is created specifically for your athlete, slight variations may occur in color, placement, materials, or appearance. These small differences are a natural part of creating a custom piece and make each keepsake unique.

Proofs & Approval
For products that include a proof, your order includes one proof and one revision before production. Please review your proof carefully, including names, spelling, dates, colors, photos, and other personalization details. Once a design is approved and production begins, additional changes may not be possible.

Customer-Submitted Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photos, videos, names, logos, or other content submitted for their order. By submitting these materials, you give Elliot Carter permission to use them solely as needed to create and fulfill your purchase.

Production & Shipping
Most Elliot Carter keepsakes are created and ready to ship within 7–10 business days after all required photos, videos, personalization details, and proof approval (when applicable) have been received. Production times may vary based on the product, personalization, order volume, or other circumstances. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Payment & Orders
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.

Elliot Carter reserves the right to contact a customer for clarification when information required to complete an order is missing, unclear, or appears incorrect. In the rare event that an order cannot be completed as submitted, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Cancellations & Changes
Because products are made to order, requests to cancel or change an order should be made as soon as possible. Once design work or production has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Website Content
Product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, and other original materials displayed on the Elliot Carter website are owned by Elliot Carter or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Privacy
Information submitted through our website and during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
