Production & Turn-Around Time

Most Elliot Carter keepsakes are created and ready to ship within 7–10 business days after all required photos, videos, personalization details, and proof approval (when applicable) have been received.

Because every piece is made to order, production time may vary during periods of high order volume. If your order will require additional time, I’ll contact you by email.

Shipping

Shipping transit time is separate from production time and begins once your completed order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Need your keepsake for a specific meet, competition, senior night, birthday, or other special date? Please contact me before ordering, and I’ll let you know whether I can accommodate your timeline.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Elliot Carter keepsake is custom-made and personalized specifically for your athlete, personalized items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Elliot Carter, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@elliotcarter.net and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Customer-Approved Personalization

Please carefully review names, dates, colors, photos, personalization details, and any provided proof before approving your order. We cannot replace or refund an item for errors in information supplied or approved by the customer.
