  • Will my price ever change?
    As we continue to grow and expand, the subscription box price may change, but the price you pay upon enrollment will NEVER change! Whatever the subscription costs when you sign up is the price you will pay until you cancel!
  • Can I change my box to a different box that you offer?
    Yes! Some of our customers enjoy going back and forth between their self-care box, and the book and pajama club! As long as you notify us no later than the 15th of the month prior, we can get your box changed in time for your next delivery.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel any time with no questions, no penalty. Simply send us an email with the subject "Cancel My Subscription" and we will get you cancelled immediately.
  • I want to pause my subscription in order to keep my locked-in price. Is this possible?
    You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months and keep your price the same upon reactivation. You will not be charged during your pause period. Simply send us an email to pause, and an email when you want to reactivate.
  • I would love to subscribe to a self-care box, but I'm not an educator or medical professional. Do you have a box for me?
    We believe that self-care should be a regular practice of the human experience, regardless of your job title. If you would like for us to offer a box specifically curated for your profession, please send us an email. We will use your request to design a box just for you!
  • Do you offer rewards for referrals?
    Absolutely! If you refer a new subscriber, you earn a free month, to use whenever you choose. After your referral subscribes, we will email you a code to use for a free month. There is no limit to how many free months you can earn!
  • I'm a teacher or other school professional. What are my options for summer?
    We believe that, for educators, the summer months are the absolute best time to commit to self-care. As such, our summer boxes for educators will be curated to help you commit to loving yourself through the rest and relaxation of summer. However, you do have the option to switch your subscription to The Cozy Book Club for the summer months in order to keep your price locked in. If you decide to cancel, and renew at a later time when school resumes, you will have to renew at the current price.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes! Although we have a wide variety of ready-made designs to choose from, we know that sometimes you are looking for something more specific. Simply send us an email with your request, and within 72 hours we will have a mockup ready for your approval. Simple as that.
  • When will my order be completed?
    Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be complete. We don't skimp on the process, and sometimes extensive drying and curing time is involved. During peak busy seasons, this may extend to 7-10 days. We do, however, make every effort to ship items within 7 days, with roughly 90% of our orders ready within 3 days.
  • Do you still have a mobile paint party service?
    Yes! We create an online event page, cut and prep all of your signs, design, cut, and weed your stencils (they come to you completely ready to apply to your board), and bring all of the paints and supplies you and your guests need to create beautiful home decor pieces in the comfort of your own home (or whatever spot you choose)! Contact us with any questions!
  • I don't have a spot that's big enough! Can we use yours?
    We will collaborate with area business that are convenient for you and your guests to help secure the perfect spot to host your event!
