SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND TIME POLICY
Items are usually shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Occasionally, if it offers quicker shipping times, we will use UPS. Shipping delays may occur after the item leaves our facility, and unfortunately, that is not something that we can control. You will be issued a tracking number when your item ships. Please contact us regarding any shipping delays, and we will do our best to help you track your shipment. This is unusual, as shipping is almost always prompt and on-time, but please know that it can and does happen.
We make every effort to ship your items within 5-7 days of purchase. However, some exceptions may occur, such as when there is a material shortage (as many of our items are created upon order), or if we are in the middle of a holiday or busy season. If such a circumstance will result in a delay in shipping within our original parameters, you will be notified immediately. It is also not uncommon for items to ship as soon as same-day.
In the case of local pickup or delivery, turn-around times are typically 3-4 days, but can take up to 7-10 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We are so confident in the quality of our products that if you are not satisfied, simply contact us for instructions on returning the item. Upon receipt of the return, a full refund will be issued. We will even cover return shipping!
