Subscriptions are automatically debited from the card you use to order on the same date each month.  For example, if you order on April 6th, your next payment will automatically debit on May 6th, and for each month until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by creating an account on our website.  Under your account, click on "My Subscriptions" to cancel or change your card information.

All payments our handled by Stripe, our payment processor.  We DO NOT have access to your card information, and thus are unable to change any payment details for you.  This would need to be done through your account.  If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact us as soon as possible so that we might help you get it resolved.

Boxes are shipped out by the 15th of each month.  If you order by the 10th of each month, your first box will be for that month.  If you order after the 10th, your first box will ship out in the following month.

We mainly use the Gildan Softstyle brand, and their tees do run a size larger.  We recommend sizing down.

However, on occasion, we will use the Bella+Canvas brand, which runs true to size.

Please note your actual size in the space provided, regardless of the size you order, so that we know if you have sized down for the Gildan brand.
